You get their company name, number, ETA and price. Nobody else gets your name or number.

When nobody can come
You're never left waiting in silence
If no operator takes your job within a few minutes, a person at TowXpress calls you. If we can't get anyone to you, we say so, so you can call someone else. You owe us nothing for a request nobody took.

Who gets your job
Only operators we have approved. Before approving one, we check:
Ontario certificate
The operator's provincial tow operator certificate, on the province's registry.
Insurance
The amounts, and when it expires.
Services and equipment
The work they really do, and what they bring.
Areas
Where they can reach quickly, so jobs go to the right people.
What it costs
Free to ask. You pay only for the work.
Sending a request costs nothing. The operator who takes your job texts you their price before they start, and that's what you pay for the work.
